1. How do I place an order?

Simply browse products on www.wysepick.com, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase securely.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (available in select locations)

3. How can I track my order?

1. How do I place an order?

4. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping may be available on select products or on orders above a certain value. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

6. What is your return and refund policy?

You can request a return/refund within 7–10 days of receiving your order.Items must be unused, in original packaging, and eligible under our Refund Policy.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please contact our support team immediately at satya@wysepick.com with your order number.

8. Do you deliver across India?

Yes, we currently ship across India. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location.

9. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product/package. Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
